Report items you weren’t allowed to buy through the WICShopper app > I Couldn’t Buy This! or click on this link if you think they’re WIC-approved and on your account. WIC staff will determine whether the food can be approved and let you know what they find.
Universal Product Codes (UPCs) for packaged fruits and vegetables and Product Look Up (PLU) codes for loose fruits and vegetables are usually added at the store level. Talk to the store’s manager or go to the customer service desk if you find fruits and vegetables you can’t buy with your WIC card.
