    Welcome!

The Utah Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program welcomes you to our website! WIC has improved the health and well-being of pregnant women, infants, children, and families for over 50 years. WIC provides nutrition and breastfeeding services, and supplemental foods to pregnant women, mothers, infants, and children up to their 5th birthday. We offer nutrition education, personalized breastfeeding support, and referrals to other public health programs that may help your family.

WIC provides a nutritious and colorful variety of foods for your family. We offer great tasting items like yogurt, whole wheat pasta, and fresh fruits and vegetables. We also provide name brand breakfast cereals, juice, peanut butter, and many other healthy foods.

Mountain lake with wildflowers, clear sky, and UTAH text with card numbers shown.

Families on WIC receive a card that works like a debit card to purchase WIC foods. The WIC card makes shopping convenient and discreet! Learn more about the WIC card.

We welcome you and your family to the WIC program. Tell your friends and family members about WIC to see if they may also qualify. We look forward to serving you soon.

    Sincerely,

Chris Furner, Utah WIC Program Manager
